  Annika is highly recommendable! She took the time to fully understand my concerns and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was going on and how we were going to approach treatment.

The sessions were thorough, professional, and tailored specifically to my needs. I noticed a real difference after just a few visits, not just in my pain levels, but also in my overall mobility and confidence in movement. What really stood out was her compassionate approach and the way she empowered me with exercises and knowledge to support my own recovery between sessions.

  I’ve been seeing the team at Raath & Spies for the last few years, and both Cecilia and Marelé are honestly amazing at what they do. They really take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure you’re improving—not just during your sessions, but even with check-ins afterwards.   Marelé is thé best Physiotherapist in the whole of South Africa! Her healing hands work like magic! She is dedicated to her calling, a young, dynamic lady with a passion for her patients. I will most certainly recommend her as an excellent Physiotherapist!

  Cecilia is my physiotherapist for ever, over 20 years , have never been to someone else. She is the very best and I only trust her with my back, pelvis and everything that's wrong. She gives the best advice and I can recommend her without a doubt. She has a lovely, awesome personality, is a Christian and is allways the same 💕 What more can you ask😉
